Fresh Beginnings

i've been working (for oac) non-stop since i returned home at about 9 till now..
that's like 6 hours straight?! totally tiring..
and i've been doing the same stuff the entire afternoon at the cousin's place
everybody thinks i'm like a business person these days -_-
that's kinda true cos i was even lugging my heavy, bulky but totally reliable laptop to receive ah gong at the airport
and i've been answering and making plenty of "business" phone calls from and to participants, oac people and my own bosses from the agency

sometimes i think i'm really mad to drive myself so hard during the holidays
juggling work at the tour agency and handling stuff in oac, like doing PR stuff, programmers stuff and covering a bit of treasury stuff
but then, there's this part of me that feels a great sense of satisfaction and achievement doing stuff that i enjoy though it may be difficult and stressful at times
so i conclude: i think i'm a workaholic
i'm just totally addicted to work that if i stop working, i'll feel weird
then i'll go shopping and i'll get myself more broke

we're climaxing to a highly-energized and almost fully-prepared OAC
crucial, crucial period and there're like a billion and one things i haven't done! argh!
but after this week, it'll be breathing free and easy once again : )))
and this sounds stupid; but i'm kinda looking forward to 庆功宴 already!
like we didn't have one last year lahz.. boo.

these days i'm in pretty high spirits cos rhino and ah gong are back! : )))
miss chilling out with them so so so much!
it's really been great seeing them again at the airport
and next next week, we'll be receiving bt back from states.. yeah!
another reason to celebrate : )))
oh and one last person, darren! cos he has my birks! oops.. haha

apart from the fact that everyone i've met has either called me ugly betty or boh geh at least once or has asked me not to laugh with my mouth opened too widely (or both), life has never been better
