i'm blogging in the the midst of all the madcap of rushing out work assignments at the tour agency, entertaining the kids at DTE, killing all my brain cells from thinking of interesting games to maximise their usage of the english language in singapore, calling up the restaurants and re-faxing all the meal reservations just because the agents overseas kept changing the number of pax of the tour groups (especially vietnam, was darn pissed off with them cos i had to re-do the rooming list several times in one afternoon. grrr.), calling, faxing, emailing primary schools to see if they are interested to have overseas student tour groups visit their school for a few hours of sit-in lessons with singapore kids all in the name of cultural exchange when all they do is laugh at each other's accents. what's worse, you have arrogant and haughty principals tell you that the school has other functions on that day before slamming down the phone on you without saying goodbye and their equally arrogant school clerks who are only good at slamming down phones before they could even finish their entire sentence and way before you could clarify stuff with them -_-
all these while juggling with my secretary and programmer role in oac every night before i go to sleep, during office hours while my bosses aren't looking and during the unearthly hours of the morning before i head to work, thinking of new payment collection methods, being PR-officer to all potential participants and participants (while getting my handphone jammed up every other minute with sms-es and calls from all sorts of weird people [potential participants and participants alike] and oac people), coordinating logistics for rafting, car wash canvassing and day 4 activities, meanwhile also having to find time to go jogging, turn up for my dental appointment and attend the cousin's housewarming party
